What is Panna?

A panna is an intentional pass of the ball between the opponent's legs.

At the discretion of the tournament organizers, a panna can be counted in two different ways: with and without the attacking player maintaining control of the ball.

Maintaining control of the ball means that the attacking player, after performing a panna, must be the first to touch the ball.

A panna can be performed in any direction: forward, backward, and sideways. The position of the defending player's legs does not matter.

A panna must be performed after a clear indication of ball possession: the attacking player must make at least one touch before performing the pass.

PANNA FESTIVAL Rules

1. By participating, players confirm that they are familiar with the rules of PANNA FESTIVAL tournaments.
2. The game is played one on one.
3. At the start of the game, players stand back to back and squeeze the ball between them. At the referee's signal, the players turn around and begin playing.
4. Game duration — 3 minutes of "dirty" time.
5. The arena barriers cannot be used to score goals or pass a panna.
6. A player who scores a goal must return to their half of the field.
7. After three minutes, the winner is determined by the most goals scored.
8. A panna passed to the opponent — a clean victory. The game stops.
9. The game is played face to face. A player in possession must attack or create actions for a panna pass.
10. PANNA FESTIVAL is an attacking, honest game. Dangerous play, physical contact, and interaction with arena barriers is strictly forbidden.
11. Respect for the opponent, organizers, referees and honest play — the fundamental principles of PANNA FESTIVAL.
